Your safari will begin in Akaroa township.,We run a morning and afternoon safari every day during our peak season. You will be met by your experienced and qualified surf guide who will transport you out to some of the Banks Peninsula hidden gems. Tranquil, stunning eastern bay beaches which are the perfect location for your surf lesson.
Along the way the guide will share their local knowledge of the area and point out areas of interest. The views along the way are breath taking! At the beach the guide will unload the boards while you put on your warm Quiksilver winter wet suit.
Ok, now ready for action! Your guide will take you through a comprehensive surf lesson. This includes technique training on the beach which is followed by plenty of water time to practice your new skills in the water while your guide assists you and gives you tips.
The great thing about surfing is that we can go in any type of weather, wind and rain does not bother us! As long as ocean conditions are suitable we are out there surfing!
